Choose one of the available forms of collaboration suitable for you as a Virtual Board Member®:
- PROGRAM 1: Strategic Business Support – an ongoing collaboration based on a diagnosis, needs assessment, and agreed package of continuous support for the company and development scope for the Owner or Board Members.
- PROGRAM 2: Projects and Needs – focuses on executing specific projects within the company, e.g., company strategy development, increasing sales efficiency, conducting restructuring, or ongoing collaboration for a defined number of days, e.g., once or twice a month or quarter, to discuss and analyze challenges and areas of operation with the Owner/Board.
- PROGRAM 3: Strategic Sessions – designed for those who want to systematically or periodically discuss their issues and needs in strategy, management, and development through sessions (approx. 1.5 hours) or advisory workshops. This allows clients to use services according to their needs and capabilities.

The project is also based on Nobel laureate Daniel Kahneman’s research on decision-making effectiveness. Starting with the ability to generate multiple choices, we narrow it down to a few measurable options – where at least one opinion should be external – before the leader or decision-maker makes the final independent choice.
